Are you over sitting?
Do you sit at a desk for most of your day? There's a good chance that your sitting in desk posture now?
Here are a few suggestions to help minimise the impact sitting has on your back?
- Take breaks from sitting throughout your day (get up every 20-30 minutes).
- Get up and go for a walk, as long or short as you want. A good time to do this would be in your lunch break.
- Stretch throughout the day,
Make sure you are always aware of your posture or your posture and make sure you are sitting in good posture to help reduce stress on your spine.
