Our Testimonials:

Congratulations to Clare on completing her first marathon at London, achieving an amazing time of 4 hours 52 minutes.

'Thank you for helping me to recover from my knee injury. I arrived at the start line of the London Marathon pain-free and ready to run!'

Clare Hammond, Exeter

Sara has given me both pre and post game treatment. I play hockey competitively and its imperable i am to play all games. I suffered a hamstring injury which I came to Sara for, she treated me and helped my injury rapidly repair. She regularly explained how the injury may of occurred and offered lots of support and advice to prevent any future damage and help heal the injury. She provided me pre and post match support and treated me on a regular basis with massage, stretching techniques and rehabilitation exercises. I cannot recommend Sara highly enough, she was fantastic and really helped me with my injuries. Since having her treatment my hamstring is no longer an issue and allows me to play frequently.
